How does a pre order work?

Since we do not hold stocks of our products and make all our candles to order only, placing the pre order means that you reserve the candle in advance and we create it after we have received your pre order. We love, respect and value our customers and believe that you deserve not just a handmade candle, but a candle made for you and /or your loved ones.

How to place a pre order?

You can place a pre order either on our website, or by sending a DM on Instagram.

How long is the processing time for pre orders?

All our candles are made to order only. Therefore, we kindly ask you to bear in mind the following processing times (before we actually dispatch your candle) and plan accordingly when you plan to purchase a candle from us (especially if you need it for a particular date):

Signature Candles in Artisan Concrete Jars: 10 working days before dispatch
Candles in glass jars (Iced Lattes, Hot Coffee, Velour Pop): 5 working days before dispatch
Pillar Candles (Pisa Collection, Pumpkins, Christmas Baubles): 5 working days before dispatch

Your candle may be ready sooner - we will keep you updated on the order status.

What are the terms of payment?

The preparation and dispatch of the pre order is carried out after 100% prepayment.

What are delivery options?

Following delivery options are available:

-Collection (free)

-Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.5)

-Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5)

Do you offer an international delivery?

We are working hard to make international deliveries possible.

Currently we deliver nationwide only.

Is gift wrapping available?

We pack each parcel beautifully using craft boxes, tissue paper and ribbons. You can view the packaging on our Instagram page. If you have special requests regarding packaging, please write about it in the special field when placing your order.

How to burn candles correctly?

When burning the candle for the first time, let in burn for 40 to 180 minutes in order for the candle to reach the full melt pool. The wax has "memory" and when burning the candle next times it will reach the full melt pool earlier.

How long do the candles last?

As our range changes frequently, we advise you to check each product page to see the exact burning times.

How to take care of candles?

The most important rule is to trim the wick after each burn! This is especially important for candles with wooden wicks.
